Vic, an engineer by training, professionally took care of every detail in a manner that left us totally informed and worry-free. Vic’s work was always timely and complete as he left nothing to chance; there were never any loose ends. I just wish that I had more property to list with Vic. Second, the listing photography was incredible — I could not believe that our empty condo would have ever looked so inviting. Third, when an offer came in, Vic handled the negotiation promptly, in our favor, with minimal need for input from us. There was never any concern on our part — we just sat back and let Vic do his job. My wife and I could never have asked for more. Fourth, to add to the efficiency of their operation, Vic works with a co-listing agent, Jamie Seitz, a total professional, who made sure that every detail and all paperwork was properly, completely, and expeditiously dealt with. I could not ask for a better co-listing agent. Fifth, Vic works for a one-stop-shop, as they have their own in-house, fully staffed, title company with a comfortable closing facility within their own office building, including an on-site notary and all of the equipment necessary for immediate title work and closing. Hence there was never any run around or delay in processing paperwork. We were even able to deposit the sale proceeds in our bank within a few hours after our part of the closing was completed. Now, that is what I call really good service! And that is why Ivica (Vic) Simjanoski is our go-to realtor.
